3. Registrierung und Konto
Bei der Registrierung sind richtige und aktuelle Angaben zu machen. Zugangsdaten dürfen nicht weitergegeben werden. Nutzer müssen Evolve unverzüglich informieren, wenn ein unberechtigter Kontozugriff vermutet wird.
Personen unter 14 Jahren dürfen einen eigenen Zugang nur mit Zustimmung einer sorgeberechtigten Person nutzen. Die sorgeberechtigte Person ist für die Richtigkeit der Bestätigung verantwortlich.
4. Vereine und Berechtigungen

Vereine dürfen personenbezogene Daten, Identitätsdokumente und sportmedizinische Bescheinigungen nur hochladen und verwalten, wenn sie dafür eine gültige Rechtsgrundlage besitzen und die betroffenen Personen ordnungsgemäß informiert wurden. Evolve verarbeitet Vereinsdaten nach Maßgabe des Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrags.
6. Pflichten der Nutzer
Unzulässig sind insbesondere rechtswidrige Inhalte, unberechtigte Zugriffe, die Umgehung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, die Nutzung fremder Identitäten sowie Uploads ohne erforderliche Rechte. Nutzer und Vereine sind für die von ihnen eingestellten Inhalte verantwortlich.
7. Preise, Testphase und Zahlung
Kostenpflichtige Leistungen, Preise, Abrechnungszeitraum und eine mögliche Testphase werden vor Abschluss angezeigt. Abonnements verlängern sich nur entsprechend den beim Abschluss angezeigten Bedingungen. Zahlungen können über Stripe abgewickelt werden; Evolve speichert keine vollständigen Kartendaten.
8. Verfügbarkeit und Änderungen
Evolve bemüht sich um eine zuverlässige Verfügbarkeit. Kurzzeitige Unterbrechungen wegen Wartung, Sicherheitsmaßnahmen oder Störungen externer Dienste können auftreten. Wesentliche Änderungen, die Nutzer erheblich benachteiligen, werden rechtzeitig angekündigt.
9. Laufzeit und Beendigung

2. Oggetto del servizio
Evolve mette a disposizione una piattaforma per l’organizzazione di società sportive, squadre, soci, appuntamenti, presenze, quote associative, documenti, comunicazioni e altri processi societari. Le funzioni disponibili dipendono dal piano scelto e possono essere ulteriormente sviluppate dal punto di vista tecnico.
3. Registrazione e account
In fase di registrazione devono essere forniti dati corretti e aggiornati. Le credenziali di accesso non possono essere cedute a terzi. Gli utenti devono informare immediatamente Evolve qualora sospettino un accesso non autorizzato al proprio account.
Le persone di età inferiore a 14 anni possono utilizzare un account personale solo con il consenso di chi esercita la responsabilità genitoriale. Tale persona è responsabile della correttezza della conferma.
4. Società sportive e autorizzazioni
Chi crea o gestisce una società sportiva conferma di essere autorizzato a farlo. La società assegna i ruoli e i diritti di accesso dei propri utenti ed è responsabile della loro corretta attribuzione. Gli amministratori possono concedere l’accesso esclusivamente alle persone che ne hanno bisogno per svolgere i propri compiti.
5. Dati personali e documenti
Le società sportive possono caricare e gestire dati personali, documenti di identità e certificati medico-sportivi solo se dispongono di una valida base giuridica e hanno informato correttamente gli interessati. Evolve tratta i dati della società secondo l’Accordo sul trattamento dei dati.
6. Obblighi degli utenti
Sono vietati in particolare contenuti illeciti, accessi non autorizzati, elusione delle misure di sicurezza, utilizzo di identità altrui e caricamento di contenuti senza i diritti necessari. Gli utenti e le società sportive sono responsabili dei contenuti da loro inseriti.
7. Prezzi, periodo di prova e pagamenti
I servizi a pagamento, i prezzi, il periodo di fatturazione e un eventuale periodo di prova vengono indicati prima della conclusione del contratto. Gli abbonamenti si rinnovano esclusivamente secondo le condizioni mostrate al momento della sottoscrizione. I pagamenti possono essere gestiti tramite Stripe; Evolve non memorizza i dati completi delle carte.
8. Disponibilità e modifiche
Evolve si impegna a garantire un servizio affidabile. Possono verificarsi brevi interruzioni dovute a manutenzione, misure di sicurezza o malfunzionamenti di servizi esterni. Le modifiche sostanziali che comportano un notevole svantaggio per gli utenti saranno comunicate tempestivamente.
9. Durata e cessazione

Restano impregiudicati i diritti inderogabili previsti dalla legge.

Evolve provides a platform for organizing sports clubs, teams, members, appointments, attendance, membership fees, documents, communications, and other club processes. The specific range of functions depends on the selected plan and may be developed further.
3. Registration and account
Users must provide accurate and current information when registering. Login details must not be shared. Users must notify Evolve immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.
Persons under the age of 14 may use their own account only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for the accuracy of that confirmation.
4. Clubs and permissions
